ANY GOOD EXPERIENCE is indebted to the dedication of a good team. We think this is especially true of creating a positive experience for you, our valued patients!
Our team at Foster Dental Care has fun planning how to provide you with the most enjoyable experience possible during your visit! Today, we’d like to share a few things we do during our team meetings to create a fun experience for you in our office and grow closer as a team.
Take A Look Into Our Team Huddle!
- Daily Huddles: We kick-start each morning with a ‘huddle’ reviewing how to make the day great. Each patient’s chart is reviewed and team members brainstorm ways to give their patient the best dental experience possible. We cheer on patients who are completing treatment plans or continue to be cavity free and discuss ways to help patients with oral health concerns.
- Monthly Team Meetings: Each month the team has a meeting where each department reviews protocol, things that can be improved, and celebrates successes. Following the department meeting, the entire office gets together to focus on a dental education topic that is new or needs refreshing. We also use this time to recognize the great work of each team member. We have an AWESOME Team!
- Continuing Education: While this is not part of our Daily Huddle, we also meet quarterly (or more frequently, as needed) to review patient care and new technologies. It’s great to be able to sharpen our dental knowledge while providing excellent care for our amazing patients.
We understand a little teamwork goes a long way!
We’re Lucky To Have Such Great Patients
Our team loves seeing your bright smile each time you visit Foster Dental Care, and we want to ensure we can help you keep smiling the rest of your day! We plan for each and every one of our patients and try our best to provide you with the best experience possible. If you have any suggestions about how we can make your visit more fun or if you have any fun activities we can try in our next team huddle, let us know in the comments!
Thank you for being our valued patients and friends!
